October Watering Schedule

2026 Fall Watering Restrictions: Drip irrigation allowed once weekly on specific days for trees and shrubs; no sprinklers or grass watering.

Drought conditions impact ECCV’s primary water supply, which is fed by the South Platte River.  Winter 2026 produced the lowest snowpack on record for the basin. This may limit ECCV’s ability to replenish water supplies throughout the outdoor watering season.

Watering restrictions are in place to save water. There is no way to predict how long droughts will last. Current supplies may have to last through the entire summer and beyond.
