2023 Water Conservation Rebates

East Cherry Creek Valley Water & Sanitation District's rebate program is designed to assist homeowners who want to reduce their water usage and become more efficient with their water.  *Please note, only customers that reside in our service area are eligible for our rebate program.

This includes rebates for 1.1 gallon per flush (or less) toilets. 

Water conservation has its rewards for the environment and your pocketbook. ECCV’s Board has approved an annual amount of $55,000 in rebates for customers to take advantage of the Water Conservation Rebate Program.

Toilet Rebates:

Residents can receive a rebate of either $50 or $100 (up to two rebate credits per account, depending on the toilet being replaced) for each newly installed High-Efficiency Toilet (HET) that consumes a maximum 1.1 gallons of water per flush (gpf) or less. This tool will assist in finding a toilet that meets the criteria. Not all toilets found using the link qualify. When using the search function, enter the gallons per flush as less than 1.1 gallon per flush.

Please note that dual flush toilets with the highest flush exceeding 1.1 gallons of water per flush (gpf) do not qualify for this rebate.

Toilet rebates are as follows:

Toilet being replaced - 1.6gpf or 1.28gpf             New toilet - 1.1gpf or less     $50

Toilet being replaced - 3.5gpf or higher               New toilet - 1.1gpf or less     $100
