Renting or Leasing a Property

ECCV provides both owners and renters copies of billing statements and accepts payment from either party. While it is the owner and renters responsibility to work out payment arrangements in their rental agreement, please keep in mind it is the owner who is ultimately responsible for outstanding balances because water is lienable in Colorado.

ECCV keeps all rental properties in the name of the owner or, if the owner should choose to hire a management company, in the name of the management company. As a result, it is not necessary for the owner, renter, or management company to provide ECCV with new tenant information.

On our website, owners can view payment history, usage, billing statements and make payments. Owners, renters and management companies can also pay off an ECCV billing statement online.
